Designed for experienced girls looking to take their game to the next level. Players train twice per week, developing a stronger technical toolbox, the ability to receive and play effectively in tight areas, quicker speed of play, decision-making and overall athleticism.
The programme also includes athletic testing, individual player reviews, mindset development, and opportunities to compete in friendlies and tournaments throughout the season.
